This ministry web site is a branch of a Christian Managed, family operated computer software distribution business. This venture began in the summer of 1998.

When we began our software distribution business, we promoted and sold a bi-weekly mortgage software program,
on a 3.5 inch floppy disk (rememebr those floppy disks?), to many within the real estate, housing and building industry. Within a short period of time, we knew we had a “winner”.

We talked to a lot of people who were very encouraged that this specific bi-weekly program and service was available. Almost, to a person, every one that didn’t procrastinate and actually used the software and participated in the bi-weekly service program couldn’t thank us enough for letting them know about it; and for letting us help them save large amounts of money, and valuable time, on their mortgage.

But, some of the unsettling scenarios that constantly kept popping up, were taking place within THE CHURCH!

We repeatedly heard stories of people who were in extremely serious financial debt (sometimes through no fault of their own), due to excessive medical bills or other unforeseen expenses. It not only threatened their stability as individuals – with physical, mental and emotional stress – but their rising debt, as you might imagine, was tearing at their families as well. In some cases, unfortunately... the results were divorce and bankruptcy.

Upon hearing these stories, we sensed a gentle leading to try and turn our software distribution business into a “labor of love", to those within The Church, in an effort to help those who wanted a proven and manageable way to help themselves out of mortgage debt.

We struggled with the idea of just giving away the software. But, the initial costs involved were too high. Yet, the thought of having to charge our "regular price", to those who desperately needed it, didn’t seem right. We kept wondering how we would cover our costs.

With the explosion and convenience of the internet and the world wide web, we’re so thrilled to say that our software is now available, at NO CHARGE, from our web site. We feel very much relieved, that this avenue is available, and that we don’t have to charge people, any monies, to obtain the bi-weekly mortgage software. Anyone can now come to
our web site, 24 hours a day, and download it to their computer!

Near the bottom of this page, we will give you the opportunity to link to our mortgage software web site, that has been in operation and serving people (Christians and non-Christians alike), all over the United States, since the Autumn of 2000.

When you download our interactive software, we will show you, in a side by side column comparison, how a bi-weekly payment schedule greatly favors you - without taxing your current budget. Then, once we show you how this schedule will be to your benefit, we strongly urge you to actually participate, by enrolling in a bi-weekly payment schedule and service program. This will help you to accomplish two very important goals... the saving of time and money.

First... Believe it or not, it's not always about income. I know that statement is counter-intuitive, in this day and age, when it seems that EVERYONE has their "hand in your pocket". (The institution that gave you your mortgage loan, comes to mind.)

We view this ministry as being a vital service to people, by:

#1.) Informing them of their financial mortgage situation -
WHEN OTHERS WILL NOT (ie: Your lender. Because it's not in the "others" best interest, due to their financial "business interests".)

#2.) Showing people how to be a better steward of their financial mortgage situation, without putting added stress on their current monthly budget.

The second part of the answer to the question of: "...how do you support yourselves or make any money?", is:

Our financial support comes from a private "third party".
It is, in part, because of this unique arrangement, that this ministry was started and continues to exist, FOR YOUR BENEFIT, therefore...

WE NEVER HAVE, AND
WE NEVER WILL, ASK YOU, FOR ANY MONIES.

But, quite frankly, in order for this ministry to continue...

We do need your support.

I guess a better way for me to phrase that, is to say:

We need your PARTICIPATION.
